Refunds and Cancellations
We DO NOT issue refunds as each order is printed on demand. Please do not place an order with us if you are not sure of your purchase. We want you to be happy with your product and put in considerable time and effort to create each order. If you have any issues with your order once you receive it, please contact us.
We do accept cancellations if within 24 hours of purchase as long as production HAS NOT begun on your order. We typically begin production within 5 hours of purchase so email us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged from production. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and send your item to: 11872 Canon Blvd , Suite B, Newport News VA 23606, United States.
If your item is not defective but you have changed your mind about your purchase, we do not issue refunds but will do an exchange if contacted within 7 days of receipt of your item. The item must be returned unopened and undamaged. There is a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
